HFAST is a web-based data system where sites report to the HFA National Office about the families served in their community.  It’s also where we track affiliation and accreditation activities.

 

Now that we have the HFA community, what information needs to be kept up to date in HFAST and who should have access?

HFAST will continue to be used for the annual Site Profile Report (SPR), so Program Managers and appropriate designees will need to access to complete the SPR each year.  HFA Peer Reviewers will also continue to use HFAST to complete Site Visit Reports.

How do I get access to HFAST?

The National Office can assist program managers and appropriate designees with new account set-up.  If you do not have an HFAST account, please use the form below to request assistance (if you are not the program manager for your site, please ask your program manager to request access on your behalf).

I need help!

Here are some troubleshooting tips for common issues with accessing HFAST:

I have forgotten my password

  • Click Forgot Password at bottom of log in page.  Enter your work email for user ID, and you should receive a temp password within a few minutes to your email.
    • Note that the temporary password expires within 15 minutes, so please use it right away.  If your temporary password has expired, request a new password through Forgot Password.
    • We recommend you copy the password and paste it into HFAST, but be sure you don’t accidentally copy spaces before or after the password!  Once you receive the email with the temporary password, go back to the login screen, enter your email as Login ID and the temporary password.

I did not receive the email to reset my password

  • Check your spam, junk, or clutter folders!  The password email comes from the email hfast.org@gmail.com.
  • Your agency might be blocking it.  Check with your IT department.

It says “username was not found”

  • It could be that you have not yet been added to HFAST or your email address might be spelled incorrectly. Please use the form below to request assistance (if you are not the Program Manager for your site, please have them reach out to request access on your behalf).

The temporary password doesn’t work

  • The password expires within 15 minutes.  If your temporary password has expired, request a new one through Forgot Password.
  • Copy and paste the temporary password into HFAST.  Be sure not to copy spaces that might be before or after the password.

I can log into HFAST, but I can only see my trainings tab and I need to access the Site Profile Report

  • Your user level is site non-administrative user. The National Office can help update your HFAST account.  Please use the form below to request assistance (if you are not the Program Manager for your site, please have them reach out to request access on your behalf).
