How to add/update staff information

To update staff information you must first login as the site

 

How to login:

- Navigate to community.healthyfamiliesamerica.org

- For sites: Your username is your SiteID (i.e. IL049, MA002, etc)

- Click "Forgot Password" to enter your email and get the password reset email

 

Troubleshooting the password reset process

 3 reasons you may not be successful the first time:

1. It could be getting caught in spam/junk - check there and ask your local IT people

2. Your email could be spelled wrong - always good to double check!

3. We could have the wrong person on file for your site. Email us to check in on that.
