How to login & how to reset your password

How to login:

- Navigate to community.healthyfamiliesamerica.org

- For staff: Your username is your email address

- Click "Forgot Password" to enter your email and get the password reset email

Troubleshooting the password reset process

3 reasons you may not be successful the first time:

1. It could be getting caught in spam/junk - check there and ask your local IT people

2. Your email could be spelled wrong - always good to double check!

3. You may not be a user in the system yet, or your information in the system may be incorrect - ask your program manager/supervisor, and reach out to us if you keep getting stuck.
